Cleaning Method
Pre-Vacuuming
Unlike many of our competitors who ask you to have your home vacuumed prior to their arrival, we do it for you! Considering that a good vacuuming can remove up to 78% of the dirt in your carpet, it is not a step that should be overlooked. We will use an industrial grade vacuum in your home to ensure maximum results in dirt removal.
Pre-Spray
You may have seen the ads out there which offer carpet cleaning at around $5 a room. If you read the fine print, you will find that it doesn't include "pre-conditioning" (a.k.a pre-spray), and if your carpets are soiled or have any kind of stains, it's going to cost you an extra $0.20 a square foot! So, the $5 room rate is merely getting your carpet (and pad) wet... that's it! We will NEVER charge extra to actually clean your carpet. In fact, if you calculate the cost of $5 a room, plus $0.20 a square foot, you'll find you get a better value for your money with us, and you will NOT SACRIFICE QUALITY!
With EVERY job we do, we apply a green, family friendly cleaning solution to lift the dirt and grime from your carpet. Rest assure, the product we use is not only extremely powerful at removing stains, but it's water based, will not leave behind any residue, and it is safe. We wouldn't bring a product in your home that we wouldn't use in our own.
Extraction
After we apply the prespray we use an OP (oscillating pad) machine to extract the dirt
using microfiber/cotton blended pads. I'm sure you've seen other cleaners who use 
machines that rotate and look similar to a floor buffer machine. Our OP machine
looks a little similar, but it is much more powerful at removing dirt. Compared
to the "spinning" machines, the OP machine digs deep down into the carpet to scrub the entire fibers of the carpet. It gets the top and sides of the fibers, so you're getting a full 360º clean! Also, the pads we use are not the typical bonnet pads you may be used to seeing. They are more effective at extracting dirt and they are much more gentle on the fibers themselves. Excessive heat or scrubbing with the wrong equipment can actually damage your carpet. You can feel secure knowing that we use the best products out there, to get to maximum cleaning results without any damage.
Have you noticed the carpeted traffic areas in your home seem to look a little flat? Perhaps you've tried vacuuming the area over and over in hopes that it will lift the carpet? Well, we have a solution for you! Another benefit of using these microfiber / cotton blended pads is it actually lifts the carpet fibers. It restores life in old, worn out carpets and saves you from having to replace them!
Stain Removal
We used to apply special products to combat stains in the beginning of our cleaning process, but over the years we've found out that our general cleaner is so effective that it easily removes those tough stains. There is, of course, the exceptionally stubborn stain that requires extra attention. If you think you may have one of those "exceptional" stains, don't worry. WE DON'T CHARGE EXTRA! We can't guarantee that we will get any stain out. In some cases where the color is actually removed from the carpet, but it's not very common. We can however, guarantee that we will use every tool in our power to leave your home absolutely spot free, and we've been known to tackle the "impossible"!!! For those stains, we apply a special product, depending on the type of stain, and we go over the area with the OP machine again!
Final Grooming
Our final process is to groom your freshly cleaned carpets. We do that in a couple ways. Depending on the carpet type we either run a post vacuum or we use our CRB (counter rotating brush) machine or both. Doing a post vacuum helps set and groom your carpets as well as pull out anymore loose debris that was pulled up in the cleaning process. Our CRB machine works incredibly at pulling the carpet pile up in your traffic areas. Gives your carpets a nice fresh new look to them. Most carpet cleaning companies use only a carpet rake to groom with which isn’t very effective at raising the carpet nap or removing debris.
